If you leave any off of the Plan, creditors will know and think of it as "playing favorites". This would not be fair to the creditors who are working with you by reducing interest and foregoing charges. Besides, you'll feel much better knowing that you have given your best effort to get out of debt by listing all of your debt to become truly debt-free.
