For your convenience, we offer electronic funds transfer (EFT). If you have a checking or savings account and don’t want the hassle of sending in money orders, consider automatic payments.

You tell us what date(s) to pull the money, bank routing information, bank account number and how much then it’s all automatic, right? Yes, but you need to know the timing!!

1. You make sure money is there before the pull date. Differnet banks pull at different times so have the money in your bank one day before the pull date.
   
2. It takes your bank four business days to confirm that money is there. That is FOUR days before we can pay your creditors!
   
3. After the fourth business day we work to send money to your creditors as soon as possible.

Want to know what’s going on? You or your creditors can call our Automated Account Update system anytime. If you want automated information, call 402-391-0000 with your client number to get a current update on money received from you. That same call will tell you when money was paid out to your creditors.

Your creditors may call 402-391-0000 to hear when and how much money was sent to them. They can use either the creditor number we assigned them OR the account number they assigned you.

Please do not share our 800-942-9027 phone number with creditors, we cannot provide them information from this phone number. Give creditors this number 402-393-3100.

1. Don’t just go "shopping." Don’t shop as a form of entertainment. If you really need something, you should buy it. Avoid trips to the mall and you will be money ahead.
   
2. Have cash before you buy something. Use cash and you will avoid interest charges. Putting off the purchase until you have cash makes you wait. Use that delay to make sure you want some of those things after all.
   
3. Take care of what you have. Change the oil regularly in your car. This extends the life of a car. Ignoring a funny noise in your car’s engine, could mean a major and costly repair later.
   
4. Wear it out. Think about using things longer. You can save a lot of money by using things to their full life.
   
5. Plan your grocery list to cut aisle time and impulse time. Organize your grocery shopping list by category. Examples: list all fruits and vegetables together, list items in freezer section together, etc.
